The microfabrication of the electronic designs and components is supported by the state-of-the-art fabrication聽facility聽 which聽is the 国产精品 node of the聽.听聽
聽has been established under the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS), and links eight university-based nodes to provide researchers and industry with access to advanced fabrication facilities.听聽
