On the 11 of June 2020, ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Canberra Rector Professor Michael Frater, FTSE anounced the anchor tennant at LAUNCH on Northbourne; Canberra company Penten.Penten's CEO Matthew Wilson and Former Senator Kate Lundy also spoke at the event.

The Launch innovation hub is a refurbished, co-working space designed with a deliberate integration of member areas to encourage interaction with ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Canberra personnel through strategic shared zones.

Launch offers a versatile setup with private offices, group suites, break-out spaces, workshop areas, storage, and meeting rooms. 

State-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative culture

The Launch office spaces come equipped with stand-up desks, bookable spaces, front desk services, access to fresh fruit, as well as extensive kitchen and bathroom amenities. A dedicated community manager from the Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN) is on-site to support the Launch community and ensure a social and collaborative ecosystem.

Launch tenants will also benefit from a strong partnership with the University of New South Wales which includes access to:
