    When should I update my details with ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·?

    You should let ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· know anytime your contact or personal details change. Examples include surname changes after marriage, address changes after relocating and changes to your preferred email address.

    How do I order a replacement for my degree certificate (testamur)?

    To order a replacement degree certificate, you must submit an and pay a fee to the ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Graduations team.

  • How can I access my ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· alumni lifelong email address? 

    If you are accessing your lifelong ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· email address for the first time, you'll need to reset your Microsoft ID password using your ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· student number (zID) and zPass (the password for your zID). Once you have done this, you'll be able to add your ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· email address to any email platform. Visit MyIT for instructions.

    I’ve lost access to my ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· student email address since completing my degree. How can I restore this access?

    Access to your ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· student email address expires 3 months after your degree has been conferred. You will only retain access if you continue your studies as an enrolled student at ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·.

  • What is a ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Library alumni membership?

    This free membership provides ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· alumni with on-campus access to a ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Sydney Library to borrow items and access computers. The membership expires 3 years from the date of your application. 

    • Students who have graduated or completed their degree program at ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· or are recipients of honorary degrees are eligible for a ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Library alumni membership.

    • Please note that new accounts to access e-journals via the ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Alumni Portal, it may take up to 5 working days from the time of your registration to be approved. Once activated, the e-journal databases should appear as hyperlinks after you immediately login to the Alumni Portal.

      If your account has already been approved but you're still having issues, don't hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to restore your access.

    • No. Your ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Library alumni membership only gives you access to a ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Sydney Library, allowing you to borrow items and access computers onsite.

Career Discovery Mentoring Program

The Career Discovery Mentoring Program (CDMP) aims to inspire ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· students by connecting them with established ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· alumni working across diverse industries and professions worldwide. The program runs three times a year in alignment with the University’s student calendar: Term 1 (March – April), Term 2 (May – July) and Term 3 (Sept – Oct).

Year 10 Gateway Program

The Year 10 program is a component of the ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Gateway Admission Pathway Program. It is a one-day, in-person program, designed to support Year 10 students from a variety of socio-educational and low socioeconomic backgrounds. The program does this by connecting students with ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· alumni who help them explore their strengths, passions and goals.

Our Alumni Experience Team can work with you to plan and deliver your reunion event, providing specialist support for tasks like locating your fellow classmates, sending email communications about the reunion to your cohort on your behalf, suggesting suitable venues on campus and much more.
