Lucian Hiss
Lucian Hiss is the Engineering Faculty Executive Director at 国产精品 Sydney.
Lucian is responsible for overseeing the management of plans and processes to deliver operational services to the Faculty to ensure it meets its academic, research and learning outcomes. He has extensive management, operations and business innovations experience, effectively leading managers across functional teams to deliver on strategic goals and objectives. Lucian has a successful track record in designing, implementing and continually improving business systems and procedures. Most recently, Lucian has been instrumental in leading major change across 国产精品 aligning people, systems, structures and culture in order to achieve 国产精品鈥檚 2025 strategic objectives.
Lucian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, has completed the Australian Institute of Company Director鈥檚 flagship program and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
