Weilin  is currently an MBDBS student and has a Master of Commerce (Extension) from ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Business school, majoring in Business Analytics and Marketing Analytics, and graduated with academic excellence, earning a place on the Dean's List. Their research interests include design science and exploring the applications and implications of Artificial Intelligence, with a recent focus on the role of Generative AI across diverse fields. Weilin is interested in the design and implementation of Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) solutions from an organizational perspective.

She has two years of internship experience in consulting companies, where she worked on marketing strategies and evaluated government management's capability. Weilin also tutors at ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·, covering topics in business analytics and advertising & product analytics.
